Allan L. Morrison is a senior counsel with extensive experience in the areas of international commercial litigation and international business law. Allan directs and manages litigation teams in a wide variety of cross-border legal action. He represents significant international companies doing business in Canada and investing abroad. 

Allan also directs a program run under the Canada-Taiwan Memorandum of Understanding on Maritime Technologies in the Far East. In addition to his experience in the Far East he has developed a significant legal network in many parts of the world. He is member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, a director of a number of corporations, and an active international business advisor.
